Transport

Frodsham is on the main A56 and is not far from junction 12 of the M56. Frodsham is served by a good bus and rail service

Emergency Cover 

We do have a number of emergency appointments available each day, these are however limited. Please phone reception before 11am (3pm on Thursday) so that we can do our best to see you the same day, this however can not be guaranteed.

Outside of normal hours Patients who are registered at the practice (have had treatment here in the last two years) may contact us on 01928 73974 at which point you will be given a number to ring.

There is a fee of £80 for a callout, plus treatment charges, some of which may be covered by your dental plan.

Bank holidays and weekends are emergency cover only.

All appointments require 2 working days notice to cancel an appointment so that we may offer the time to another patient.

Failure to give the required notice will result in a charge being made for the time, this includes those on Denplan.

Parking is available on both sides of Main Street and at the car parks just off Main Street. Please be aware that Frodsham is a busy market town and parking outside of the practice may not always be available. Thursday is market day and parking may be a little more difficult.

New parking restrictions have come into place since 31st July 2019 and parking is restricted to two hours. There are a number of pay car parks available in the town for longer parking, such as Moor Lane car park.

FOI Requests
Any requests under the Freedom of Information relate only to NHS services and should be put in writing to the Practice Manager at the above address, which will be dealt with within the FOI guidelines.

Covid-19 Update

 

Due to recent government announcement we would like to reassure patients that we will remain open as advised by the chief dental officer for England.

 

One of the key points raised was that it is safe to travel for medical & dental appointments.

 

Safety remains our top priority and we will continue to follow the procedures that have been introduced. As an additional safety measure all staff members will be subject to Covid-19 testing twice weekly.

 

If you have a pre booked appointment in place please attend as previously planned following our strict closed door policy and advising us when you have arrived. Please note: Some services are restricted and if we need to cancel your appointment for the time being we will contact you in due course.
