We do have a number of emergency appointments available each day, these are however limited. Please phone reception before 11am (3pm on Thursday) so that we can do our best to see you the same day, this however can not be guaranteed.
Outside of normal hours Patients who are registered at the practice (have had treatment here in the last two years) may contact us on 01928 73974 at which point you will be given a number to ring.
There is a fee of £80 for a callout, plus treatment charges, some of which may be covered by your dental plan.
Bank holidays and weekends are emergency cover only.
All appointments require 2 working days notice to cancel an appointment so that we may offer the time to another patient.
Failure to give the required notice will result in a charge being made for the time, this includes those on Denplan.
Parking is available on both sides of Main Street and at the car parks just off Main Street. Please be aware that Frodsham is a busy market town and parking outside of the practice may not always be available. Thursday is market day and parking may be a little more difficult.
New parking restrictions have come into place since 31st July 2019 and parking is restricted to two hours. There are a number of pay car parks available in the town for longer parking, such as Moor Lane car park.
