Care Quality Commission Visit

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) will be inspecting this service on Wednesday 21st August 2019.

CQC is the independent regulator of all health and care services in England.

As part of this inspection, we want to know what you think about the care you have received from this service.

You may complete a comment card, available in the waiting area of the practice and return the completed card to the comment box. This box will be collected and seen by the CQC inspector only.

The CQC may not respond individually to your feedback but an inspector may contact you for more information if you have provided contact details.

Once the inspection is completed a report will be published on the website at www.cqc.org.uk

At your next visit why not ask about teeth whitening.

Did you know that teeth whitening is only legally carried out by a qualified Dental Professional?

Do not compromise.
