As you can imagine, short notice cancellations and failing to turn up for an appointment results in wasted surgery time that others may need.
Therefore we have a practice policy to charge for wasted surgery time, this includes those patients on Denplan.
We make attempts to contact you a few days before your appointment to remind you of your appointment.
We therefore expect you to to give us two working days notice if you are not able to attend for any reason. We will then try to arrange a more convenient appointment for you.
